This website includes original content and information from other sites. All the content is curated and managed by NODE before its publication to ensure quality and relevance.

We strive to be:

  • Non-partisan:  All people with interest in international nutrition, regardless of their working status or affiliation, are welcome to share resources, news and express their views through blogs or comments.
  • Diverse and inclusive: We recognize the diversity of perspectives and make an effort to encourage the expression of all views. When possible, we translate the text to ensure a broader reach.
  • Respectful and professional: While we advocate for free online speech, contributors should adhere to the editorial code of ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists. The purpose of NODE is to inform, communicate and unite, rather than creating confusion or division.

Disclaimer

NODE tries to ensure that the published content is sound and comes from reputable sources. However, NODE does not take responsibility for the views expressed by the individual authors.

For content from other websites, NODE adheres to the best practices and reproduces only those portions of the headline or article that are necessary to identify or highlight the story (less than 280 characters -or a tweet-). We also display the source of the material, provide a link to the complete article for readers to access it and have modified our code to avoid duplication in the search engines. News will be unpublished after one year.

We make an effort to ensure that all the photos have the appropriate licenses or permissions. If we obtain the photos for free, we credit the photographers as a token of gratitude.

If you prefer that NODE does not amplify the content from your website, please send us an email to editor@nutritionobservatory.org.
